Dr. Boston will be a Featured Speaker at the 2009 Congressional Black Caucus Legislative Conference

Dr. Boston will speak about his completion of the Business Development Index. This index represents a more accurate way to asses the capabilities of small disadvantaged businesses in the current SBDA government program. This index will hopefully replace the Personal Net Worth ceiling currently used by the SBDA.
